Colleen Sheridan has worked in commercial real estate for over twenty years and has held senior level positions with Cushman & Wakefield and Insignia ESG in New York. She has in-depth understanding of complex sale and leasing transactions and has led teams responsible for high-level transactions for Fortune 500 clients. Her experience includes: office, retail, and industrial leasing; corporate property acquisitions and dispositions; leveraged sale-leaseback transactions; investment sales and due diligence; market and property level analysis and implementing marketing and sales programs. Recently, Colleen developed and led a commercial real estate on-line listing service, MySquareFeet.com. Her knowledge of new media marketing, web development and Internet advertising brings a new perspective to commercial real estate marketing. Sheridan believes in using the Internet to effectively broaden the exposure of commercial real estate properties. Says Sheridan “Using 21st Century Technology to enhance the visibility of available properties makes the process of connecting tenants in the market or investors looking for opportunities to appropriate properties more timely and efficient.” Sheridan recently moved to Wethersfield with her 13 year old daughter Heather.
