Steve Foote joined the Rocky Hill Brokerage office as Industrial and Commercial Associate in 2002, bringing more than 16 years of sales, project management, business development and facilities management experience to the position. He has a successful track record for listening to client needs to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction. He’s also recognized for “opening doors” and has developed a strong network of industry professionals.

Steve’s experience in real estate services includes managing all facets of large-scale and complex commercial facilities projects. It involved coordinating resources, logistics, timelines and budgets for establishing and relocating businesses in new physical surroundings.
