Sale of 125 Silas Deane Hwy, Wethersfield, CT

WETHERSFIELD, CT – Jay Morris and Steve Foote of O,R&L Commercial, LLC recently completed the sale of a 30,950 square foot retail building at 125 Silas Deane Highway in Wethersfield, Connecticut, for $400,000. The property was formerly occupied by Porter & Chester Institute, which relocated to 30 Waterchase Drive in Rocky Hill in 2007.

Jay Morris represented the seller, Richard D. Wolf & Company LLC. The buyer, Silas Deane Highway 125 LLC, was represented by Steve Foote.  The buyer is renovating the building for lease to one or more retail tenants.

NEWINGTON, CT – Jay Morris of O,R&L Commercial, LLC recently completed the sale of a 15,700 square foot industrial building at 91 Holmes Road, Newington, Connecticut for $740,000.

O,R&L represented the seller, Blu Sky Investors, LLC. The buyer, 91 Holmes Road Associates, LLC, were represented by Tim D’Addabbo of Cushman & Wakefield.  The building was purchased for occupancy by A. H. Harris & Sons, a construction supply business with locations throughout New England, New York, the Mid-Atlantic, and the Southeast. The company serves the commercial, industrial, and residential markets, with special focus on forming, sitework, and concrete repair and restoration.
