(HTA) of Scottsdale Arizona for $72,000,000.  The seller, a New York based investment group, bought the property in 2007 for $28,000,000 and undertook significant renovations to the tenant spaces and common areas of the property. At the time of the sale to HTA the property was effectively 100% occupied with a waiting list of tenants.
