MERIDEN, CT - O,R&L Commercial, LLC announces the sale of 75 South Colony Street in Meriden, CT. The 15,641 SF building was sold to Efrain Valentin of Valentin Karate School. The building will be fully renovated and will be the headquarters for Valentin Karate. Frank Hird SIOR and Tim McMahon of O,R&L Commercial represented the The Record-Journal Company in the transaction. Valentin was unrepresented. John Murphy of John J. Murphy Law Offices represented the seller and Neil Ivers represented Mr. Valentin. Financing was provided by Ion Bank of Naugatuck and Community Investment Corporation was the SBA Lender.

GLASTONBURY, CT - The O,R&L Commercial team of  Jay L. Morris and Stephen C. Foote sold 65 Kreiger Lane in Glastonbury, CT for $980,000. 65 Kreiger is a 9,812± SF industrial building on 0.92± acres. Morris and Foote represented the seller, R.A.D.D. Co., LLC.  The buyer, EGI Properties, LLC was represented by Century 21.

The Ergonomic Group, a New York-based IT company, will house its Connecticut operations in the 9,812-square-foot flex building. Headquartered in Manhattan, Ergonomic Group has regional offices in Bedford, Mass., Princeton, N.J. and Westbury, N.Y.
