ROCKY HILL, CT – Jay Morris and Bob Gaucher, CCIM, SIOR of O,R&L Commercial, LLC recently completed the leasing of 32,351 square feet of build-to-suit office/fulfillment center space at 714 Brook Street in the Winbrook business park.

O,R&L represented the landlord, WEW 714 Brook Street LLC. The tenant, Paychex North America Inc., was represented by Todd Smith of the Acclaim Group.  The company will be moving from its current Rocky Hill location at 55 Capital Boulevard. Paychex is a publicly traded company headquartered in New York, with over 100 locations across the country.
