O,R&L Commercial, LLC of Rocky Hill, CT brokered the sale of a 90,000 SF office building located at 1290 Silas Deane Highway in Wethersfield, CT.   O,R&L Commercial represented both the seller, 1290 Realty, LLC, as well as the buyer,  JMM Properties, LLC . The building sold for $2,000,000.

The building was purchased 100% vacant and will be completely renovated by the new owner. The renovations will include a new roof, HVAC system, windows, common areas, elevators and landscaping to bring it back up to Class “A” standards.
