WINDSOR, CT – Jay Morris and Carol Karney of O,R&L Commercial recently completed the full building lease of 3 Waterside Crossing in Windsor, Connecticut to Connecticut General Life Insurance Company (“CIGNA”), which consolidated multiple offices into this location.
O,R&L represented the landlord, 3 Waterside Crossing Associates, LLC. CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.
