Southington, CT – O,R&L Commercial is pleased to announce the ground lease of a 3.4 acre retail redevelopment parcel at 365 Queen St. Southington, CT. Phil Marshall, Toby Brimberg and Frank Hird represented both Galaxy Development and the owner in the transaction.
Galaxy plans to immediately commence the reconstruction of the portion of the site that Webster Bank has occupied for nearly 40 years. The bank signed a new long term lease with Galaxy and the new development will expand their drive thru, parking areas, landscaping, and also allow for access to the signalized intersection of Loper Street and Queen Street. This leaves a parcel available at the hard corner that will suit approximately 15,000 SF with over 100 parking spaces.
O,R&L will continue to represent Galaxy in the leasing of the redevelopment project.
