Commercial, LLC of Rocky Hill, CT brokered the lease of 10,000 SF of flex space at 750 Newfield Street in Middletown, CT. 750 Newfield Street is a 19,000 sf flex/retail building with 9,000 SF of street front retail space in the process of being renovated still available for lease. Steve Foote, together with Carol Karney represented the building owner, Tom Staron, while Steve Foote also represented the tenant, MHQ.

The relocation will double the current capacity to over 10,000 sq. ft. and will provide secure storage for up to 100 vehicles. The move is expected to be complete in the fourth quarter of 2012.
