O,R&L Construction is seeking a full-time Project Engineer, proficient in Primavera Contract Management and P6 scheduling programs to provide support for project managers and superintendents with commercial construction projects. This individual should have a four year degree, looking to grow within a leading design build firm and running small projects. Candidate will create and update schedules, process submittals, assist with project safety, completing site audits and establishing specific site safety plans. Responsibilities also include providing a cash flow analysis for each project, maintaining project drawings and other project documents.
O,R&L Construction is seeking a responsible, experienced commercial carpenter with the potential to lead. Candidate must have experience working in the commercial construction industry and have OSHA 10 certification. Candidate will assist site superintendent as required including demo, carpentry work, clean up, subcontractor oversight and general coordination of site. Candidate must have general computer knowledge and the ability to multi-task. Person must be looking for the potential to grow within the company. Benefits are available. References requested.
O,R&L Construction is seeking a part-time marketing/business development assistant to provide administrative support for marketing and business development activities. Candidate must have construction, marketing and design interest/experience and strong writing and organizational skills. Technical experience in Excel, Word, and Adobe programs such as Indesign are required. Responsibilities will include creating copy, research into new marketing targets, updating client databases, and disseminating marketing material in print and electronically.
