During the course of construction O,R&L strictly maintains a life safety rating as required by the healthcare facility, implementing extremely clean working conditions, including construction containment, walk-off mats, sterilized gowning and atmospheric cleaning thru HEPA filtration and negative pressurization. O,R&L is proud to be ASHE certified.

O,R&L Construction continues to enjoy a long standing relationship with the Hospital of Saint Raphael in New Haven. These projects have included experience in collaborating with consultants and hospital administration, estimating and budget analysis, coordinating highly sensitive occupied medical environments, cross contamination protection and off hour scheduling and producing quality construction.
Recent Saint Mary's project was a 9,400 SF Construction Management renovation for the new Patient Access in the existing first floor of Saint Mary’s Sacred Heart wing.
A two-phase renovation project for William W. Backus Hospital included a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and a 10-bed patient wing.
O,R&L has been the construction manager for multiple design and renovation projects at Yale New Haven Hospital.
Completion of a two phase renovation project of the GI/Endoscopy Unit at Hartford Hospital. The project included demolition, room re-configuration, MEP replacements, asbestos removal and installation of roof top mechnical systems.
O,R&L completed renovations and upgrades to existing space of the Bennett Cancer Center and office space in the ground level of Stamford Hospital.
