Windsor, CT O,R&L Construction as Design Builder recently completed the new medical office space fit-out for Community Health Services, Inc. in Windsor, CT. The Windsor location is a 3700 SF health clinic with convenient highway access that provides health services to the Windsor community.
The new Community Health Services project included integrated design and budgeting for a clinical medical space including exam, clinical support and administrative space. Renovation incorporated a complete demolition of existing space, new MEP systems and a detailed medical fit-out. Early involvement allowed O,R&L to assist in programming for this small footprint, resulting in a cost-effective, aesthetically-pleasing environment with efficient flow throughout the new space.
A ribbon-cutting event was held in celebration of the completion of this new facility. In attendance were Congressman John B. Larson and Senator Richard Blumenthal, who both spoke on the need and relevance of healthcare services to the community for this federally-qualified health center.
