O,R&L provides comprehensive facility management, maintenance, and custodial services for this 147,000 square foot middle school serving 6th through 8th Grade.

The O,R&L team was involved in the development and planning of this magnet school working with the owners and the design professionals early in the design review phase to ensure that the completed facility provided for an efficient and functional school setting to meet the demands of the educational environment.
