Winter Park, Fla. – O,R&L Facility Services, a facility management and maintenance company, was awarded the janitorial maintenance contract by the City of Orlando for its venues. Properties include the new Amway Center (400 W. Church St.), Orlando Performing Arts Centre (401 W. Livingston St.) and the Florida Citrus Bowl Complex (1610 W. Church St.). The venues accommodate maximum seating for 20,000, 2,431 and 70,000, respectively.
