Tampa, Fla. – O,R&L representatives attended the MacDill Riverwalk Ribbon Cutting Ceremony.
The CapTrust building, located on the City of Tampa Riverwalk is owned by Brownstone Tampa Partners, LLC, an investment partnership with O,R&L Facility Services.
The Tampa Riverwalk is a 4-phase project, with the southern and northern sections now completed. O,R&L's expedient completion of the portion of seawall adjacent to the CapTrust building now allows the City to begin construction on the Riverwalk's next over-the-water segment of the Riverwalk.
