O,R&L Awarded Management Contract for Orlando City Hall

O,R&L Facility Services is proud to announce that we have been awarded the contract to provide comprehensive management services for the Orlando City Hall, City of Orlando, Florida.

Awarded the original contract in 2007, O,R&L was awarded all subsequent contract extensions.  The recent bid was for a new base term of six years.  O,R&L's comprehensive services for the 250,000 square foot Orlando City Hall facility include management, maintenance and janitoral services and includes a full-time Chief Building Engineer.  Our property manager is a LEED accredited professional (LEED AP) and assists the City in sustainable energy practices.

Our team is committed to best practices for the consistent delivery of best-in-the-industry services and strives to acheive critical cost savings.  We also work closely with the City's Blueprint office towards achieving MWBE goals.

In 2008 O,R&L received the “Office Building of the Year” award in the government category from the Orlando Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) for its work with Orlando’s City Hall.

The “Office Building of the Year” award is the most prestigious and comprehensive of its kind in the commercial real estate industry, recognizing quality and rewarding excellence in office building management. Nominees are judged in areas ranging from community involvement and site management to environmental and “green” policies.
