O,R&L Facility Services Awarded Facility Management Contract with City of Hartford for Hartford Public Safety Complex

Hartford, CT - O,R&L Facility Services is pleased to announce that the company was recently awarded the contract in the City of Hartford to provide Facility Management Services for the Hartford Public Safety Complex, located on High Street.

The Hartford Public Safety Complex is a 155,000 sq. ft., 24/7/365 facility which is the City’s headquarters for police, fire, emergency and dispatch personnel. The Complex also includes the City’s Emergency Operations Center, Information Technology department, Animal Control, Traffic and the Credit Union office. The Grand Opening of the facility was January 9, 2013. O,R&L Facility Services will be responsible for the management of the facility including a dedicated Facility Manager. Additionally, the Company will provide 24/7/365 on-call Emergency Response.
