New Haven, CT - O,R&L Facility Services is pleased to announce that the company was recently awarded our third term contract to provide Facility Management services for the City of New Haven - New Haven Police Department Headquarters and citywide Police Substation, and other additional City properties.

In 2005, O,R&L was originally awarded the contract to provide comprehensive operations, management and maintenance services for the New Haven Police Department Headquarters, and in 2008, nine (9) citywide police substations were added. The recent 2015 renewal brings our professional relationship with the New Haven Police Department to a successful 10 years of service. Many of our original team are still servicing this landmark portfolio and have worked hard to develop successful professional relationships and deliver outstanding quality services.
