O,R&L's Doris Wasson Earns IFMA's Certified Facility Manager Designation

We are proud to announce that Doris Wasson, CFM, CAM, LEED AP O+M, Property Manager for O,R&L Facility Services has earned the Certified Facility Manager® credential through the Greater Orlando Chapter of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).

The CFM® is the most respected global credential in facility management. Thirty current members of the Greater Orlando Chapter of IFMA are among the 3,200 professionals worldwide who have achieved CFM certification.

To achieve certification, candidates must meet defined educational and work experience criteria. Successful candidates pass a comprehensive exam, which tests their mastery of the nine core competencies of the profession. These are: operations and maintenance; real estate; leadership and management; human and environmental factors; planning and project management; finance; quality assessment and innovation; technology; and communication.

Ms. Wasson is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate and Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM).  She also holds the prestigious designation LEED Accredited Professional Operations + Maintenance (LEED AP O+M) through the U.S. Green Building Council.
