Winter Park, FL – Randall K. Ziegler of O,R&L Facility Services has been elected to the Central Florida Board of Directors for Goodwill Industries.
Mr. Ziegler serves as the Executive Vice President for O,R&L which provides comprehensive management and building maintenance services for over 20 million square feet of facilities from Connecticut, New York and Florida including numerous LEED certified facilities.
Mr. Ziegler is excited to be a part of the Board for Goodwill Industries which has made a major impact in Central Florida. For every 10 donations Goodwill receives, one person with a disability or barrier to employment is placed into permanent employment, enabling them to become self-sufficient. Approximately 24,000 Central Floridian received employment and training services and over 4,500 Central Floridians received employment and training services and over 4,500 Central Floridians were placed in competitive jobs within the community. The economic impact of Goodwill’s placement totals over $73 million.

Goodwill provides all of the tools necessary to not only people with disabilities, but to disadvantaged people, including schooling children dismissed from their schools for disciplinary reasons. Their efforts, proper training and job opportunities help men and women become self-sufficient, which in turn builds strong contributing members to the community and allows them to take pride from what was once despair.” Mr. Ziegler has mentored disadvantaged teens throughout most of his adult career. “I cannot think of anywhere else that my time could be better spent than as a member of Goodwill Industries,” said Ziegler.
